Livora provides an AI-powered real estate discovery platform focused on Dubai off-plan properties. Our services include property listings, AI-assisted property matching, investment analysis tools, and related features. These services are provided for informational purposes and should not be considered as financial or investment advice.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Livora+ Subscription
Livora+ is a premium subscription service that provides access to advanced AI features, analytics, and tools. Subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Features and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice to subscribers.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; (c) interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) collect or harvest user data without consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Livora platform are owned by Livora Properties Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the platform. Property information is provided by third parties and may not be accurate or up-to-date.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any investment decisions made based on information provided through our services.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
